- Call to order
- Meet with Town Counsel Michael Ford to review the following items:
- Review legal opinion on proposed waste water treatment plant and Namskaket Marsh questions
- Follow up on joint meeting with Eastham and next steps regarding Nauset Spit
- Update on State and Federal Permitting for ORV access on Nauset Beach in 2014
3. Budget Work Session:
- FY15 Budget Review (any remaining departments except Police, Fire & DPW
- FY16 – FY20 CIP Review
4. Adjourn
Note:~ In accordance with the Town Charter, the Board of Selectmen shall act as Park Commissioners, and in this capacity may from time to time consider matters not specifically referenced as such on the regular agenda.
